In the same way that all employers must follow workplace safety codes, child labor regulations, 40 hour work week specifications, sexual harrasment and employment discrimination standards, EMPLOYERS MUST ENGAGE IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING with WORKERS' UNIONS once established under the National Labor Relations Board.
